- Climb (and try to ski) every Cascade Volcano. 7 down, 11 more to go.
- Visit 50 states (4 left), 50 countries (5 left), and 7 continents (2 left).
- Reach 1500 ELO on Chess.com.
- Build things that people use.
I co-founded Ambition in 2014 and spent 10 years operating as CEO, working alongside a great team to build and scale the company from an idea to eight-figure subscription revenue. In 2025 I founded Orgtools to help companies make better, faster decisions.
